HSE Manager - Camp

Azizi Developments is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: HSE Manager - Camp (1 vacancy) Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all HSE activities within worker accommodation and camp facilities ensuring compliance with UAE MOHRE regulations and company standards Develop and implement HSE management systems, plans and fire safety and emergency response procedures specific to camp and accommodation facilities Lead HSE audits, inspections and incident investigations within the camp environment and ensure corrective actions are implemented Coordinate with camp management and facilities teams on HSE requirements, welfare standards and regulatory compliance Report camp HSE statistics, welfare indicators and corrective actions to facilities and project management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory Proven HSE experience combined with Facilities Management or Camp Management experience is mandatory Experience managing HSE requirements within accommodation and camp facilities is required
