Civil Estimator

SASP is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Civil Estimator Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed civil cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, rate analysis and budget submissions for oil and gas, power, water and infrastructure projects - Review IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs and scope of work documents to develop accurate civil cost breakdowns - Conduct quantity take-offs and develop tender pricing for lump-sum civil projects in line with Saudi Aramco standards - Coordinate with project management, procurement and construction teams on estimate inputs, assumptions and bid strategy - Support bid preparation, tender submission and post-tender commercial negotiations and bid evaluations Technical Experience Required: - Quantity take-off, rate analysis, budgeting, tender preparation and bid evaluation - Bulk earthworks, excavation, backfilling, grading, compaction and site levelling - Underground utilities, drainage, concrete structures, foundations, equipment foundations and pipe supports - Structural steel and fabrication works cost estimation - Manpower, equipment, material and resource planning for estimating purposes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia - Strong experience in oil and gas, power, water, industrial and infrastructure projects - In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, procedures and documentation - Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving and analytical skills - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project and estimation software is an advantage - Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred
