Procurement Operations Specialist

Position: Procurement Operations Specialist Location: Dammam – 3rd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Experience Required: 3–5 Years Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional with experience in procurement operations, supplier management, ERP systems, and cross-functional coordination? We are seeking a talented Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Procurement team and support operational excellence across EPC, Oil & Gas, and Construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), contracts, and supporting documents. - Coordinate supplier payments and collaborate with Finance teams to ensure timely processing. - Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing variations, and documentation issues. - Maintain accurate procurement, vendor, and invoice records within SAP/ERP systems. - Prepare procurement, payment, and material status reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel. - Manage vendor master data and ensure proper procurement documentation control. - Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams. - Support supplier performance monitoring, contract administration, and procurement compliance initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. - 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably within EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction projects. - Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, invoice verification, and finance coordination. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting. - Excellent communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
