Project Manager

Fifteen Eleven Events is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Project Manager Project: Mega Project - Riyadh Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage assigned event project workstreams from planning through to on-site delivery and closeout - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource schedules for assigned scopes - Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and venue management on project activities and deliverables - Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery - Prepare project status reports and present performance updates to the Deputy Event Director and Event Director Requirements: - Proven experience in exhibitions, expos, fairs, conferences or large-scale events is mandatory
