Logistics Coordinator

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of an Oil & Gas client in Oman for the following position: Position: Logistics Coordinator Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all logistics activities including transportation, customs clearance, supply vessel scheduling and material delivery for oil and gas operations Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transport contractors and port authorities Track and monitor material and equipment shipments and ensure timely delivery aligned with drilling and operational schedules Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documentation and inventory tracking reports Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and operations teams on logistics planning and supply chain requirements Requirements: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience Mandatory experience with an Oil & Gas Operating Company
