Head Commissioning (Offshore)

Require Head Commissioning (Offshore) for one of the Oil and Gas company to be based in Qatar. BE BTech in Engineering is mandatory. Minimum of 15 years' experience in design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of oil and gas processing plants and preferably offshore with EPIC contracting companies of which a minimum eight years of Commissioning Coordinator/Team Leader. Oversee and provide guidance/advice to contractor on all pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities to ensure that they are performed as per approved method statements complying with project schedule, quality, and material requirements. Responsible and accountable for day-to-day pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities of Field Projects to ensure they are executed in accordance with approved Scope of Work guidelines, engineering design, safety.
