Senior Commissioning Engineer - I&C

Penspen is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Senior Commissioning Engineer - I&C Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: - Lead commissioning engineering activities for instrumentation and control systems including DCS, SIS, SCADA and field instrumentation - Develop and review I&C commissioning procedures, loop check documentation and functional test protocols - Coordinate with operations, engineering and construction teams on I&C system readiness and handover milestones - Supervise I&C commissioning supervisors and technicians and ensure quality of commissioning execution - Prepare I&C commissioning progress reports and system handover documentation for project management and client review
