Human Resources Expert

We are looking for an experienced HR Expert with strong government/semi-government sector experience to support HR policy development, workforce planning, process improvement, and human capital transformation. Requirements: - 10+ years of HR experience - Government/semi-government experience preferred (Abu Dhabi experience highly desirable) - Experience in HR policies, procedures, regulations, and process re-engineering - Knowledge of workforce planning, KPIs, HR systems, and employee lifecycle management - Familiarity with Abu Dhabi HR regulations and ADERP is an advantage - CIPD or equivalent certification preferred - Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken) Employment Type: Outsourced | Yearly Renewable Contract Nationality: Arabs
