Transport Lead

Fifteen Eleven Events is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Transport Lead Project: Mega Project - Riyadh Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all event transport operations including shuttle services, VIP transfers, fleet management and transport logistics - Develop and implement transport plans, vehicle routing, scheduling and drop-off/pick-up zone management - Coordinate with hotels, airports, venue and security teams on transport flows, access routes and traffic management - Manage transport contractors, drivers and fleet resources to ensure reliable and punctual service delivery throughout the event - Prepare transport reports, incident logs and performance updates for event management review Requirements: - Proven experience in exhibitions, expos, fairs, conferences or large-scale events is mandatory
