Supplier Relations and Market Research Specialist

Supplier Relations and Market Research Specialist Permanent based in Qatar 5 days per week / 8hrs per day Job Purpose Conduct market intelligence and supplier research activity to assess market conditions, pricing trends, and cost structures to support sourcing and supplier performance decisions. Coordinate and maintain Supplier Relations Management (SRM) procedures and databases to ensure supplier value optimization and compliance with procurement governance framework. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business discipline, economics, industrial engineering, or science. Knowledge and/or Experience 8 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier relationship management with a focus on market research or analytics within oil and gas industry. Experience in supplier performance monitoring, market intelligence systems and data-driven decision making. Knowledgeable of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how they are used to enhance supplier relations and performance.
