Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.</p></div><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Senior People Technology Analyst is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and continuous evolution of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) capabilities as part of SIE’s global People Technology platform.</p> <p>This role serves as a senior technical leader and functional expert within People Technology Services (PTS), with senior ownership within the Workday Core HCM domain. This role is responsible for system configuration, business process optimization, security administration, custom reporting, and end-user support. Works closely with HR leadership, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, streamline employee lifecycle workflows, and maximize the value of the organization’s Workday platform.</p> <p>The role is accountable for ensuring that core HCM solutions are scalable, precise, and aligned with global business requirements, while also contributing to broader Workday platform design and delivery. The role works closely with Human Resources stakeholders to translate policy, regulatory requirements, and business processes into scalable, system-driven solutions.</p> <p>Operating within a globally consistent Agile delivery model, this role balances deep domain expertise with cross-platform contribution.
