Procurement Manager

Robert Walters is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in the UAE for the following position: Position: Procurement Manager Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: - Lead all procurement activities across healthcare categories including medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals and support services - Develop and implement category management strategies and strategic sourcing frameworks to optimize cost, quality and supply continuity - Manage the end-to-end tender management process including RFQ/RFP preparation, bid evaluation and contract award - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage vendor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs - Ensure compliance with healthcare procurement regulations, organizational policies and UAE regulatory requirements Requirements: - Proven experience in healthcare procurement is highly preferred - Strong background in strategic sourcing, category management and tender management - Excellent supplier relationship management skills
