We're Hiring: Foreman Milking Parlor. Ektifa is looking for an experienced Foreman Milking Parlor to join our dairy farm operations team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily milking parlor operations, Ensure high standards of milk quality and hygiene, Lead, train, and manage milking staff, Monitor herd health and animal welfare, Maintain production and operational records, Ensure compliance with farm safety and biosecurity standards. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dairy farm operations, Previous experience supervising milking teams, Strong leadership and communication skills, Knowledge of dairy herd management and milk quality standards.
