Commercial & Contracts Director

FPA MENA is recruiting for the following position: Position: Commercial & Contracts Director Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: - Lead and direct all commercial and contracts management functions across the project portfolio at director level - Develop and implement commercial strategies, governance frameworks and contracts management policies - Oversee claims, variations, dispute resolution and commercial negotiations with clients, contractors and vendors - Manage and mentor the commercial and contracts team and drive consistent performance across the function - Engage with executive leadership, legal teams and key stakeholders on commercial risk, strategy and performance
