MEP Manager

Mace Group is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: MEP Manager Project: Major Data Centre Development Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all MEP works on the data centre project including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and specialist systems - Manage MEP contractors and subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification - Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural and architectural works to ensure seamless site execution - Review and approve MEP method statements, shop drawings, material submittals and commissioning plans - Represent the PMC / client-side on all MEP matters and maintain regular reporting to project leadership and the client Requirements: - Data Centre experience is essential - PMC / Client-side experience is mandatory
