HSE Manager - Super High-Rise

Azizi Developments is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: HSE Manager - Super High-Rise (1 vacancy) Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all HSE activities across super high-rise construction projects of 50+ floors ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards Develop and implement HSE management systems, plans and procedures specific to super high-rise construction challenges and risks Lead HSE audits, inspections and incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out Manage and mentor the HSE team and ensure consistent HSE performance across all super high-rise project work fronts Report HSE statistics, lead indicators and corrective actions to project management and senior leadership Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory Proven HSE experience in super high-rise projects of 50+ floors is mandatory UAE/GCC construction experience is required
