General Restaurant Manager (French National)

Radiant Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Restaurant Manager to lead the Riyadh opening of an internationally recognized all-day French dining brand. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on restaurant professional with strong commercial expertise, proven P&L ownership, and a track record in premium or fine-dining establishments. Key Requirements: Previous experience in the GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia, is mandatory. At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a premium or fine-dining restaurant. Proven full P&L ownership for a business generating annual revenue of SAR 20 million or more. Fluency in both English and French. Strong leadership, operational management, and commercial decision-making skills. Compensation & Benefits: Tax-free monthly salary of SAR 35,000–45,000, Family visas, Annual flights, Medical insurance, Performance-based bonus. Target Start Date: January 1, 2027.
