Senior Manager - Procurement

Robert Walters is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in the UAE for the following position: Position: Senior Manager - Procurement Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the procurement function at a senior level across all healthcare categories and business units - Develop and drive procurement strategy, governance frameworks and policy implementation across the organization - Lead complex strategic sourcing initiatives, category management programs and supplier development activities - Manage and mentor the procurement team and build capability and talent within the function - Engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders on procurement performance, risk management and strategic supply chain decisions Requirements: - Proven experience in healthcare procurement is highly preferred - Strong background in strategic sourcing, category management and tender management - Excellent supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
