People & Culture Director

Pentabell Oman is hiring a People & Culture Director for the Water Industry. This is a 12-month initial contract position. Must be Oman Resident. Must have extensive knowledge of Oman Labour Laws, HR regulatory frameworks, and best-practice HR governance. Experience Required: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior management roles. Experience in large organizations, transformation programs, culture initiatives, or multi-site HR operations is preferred. Leading by example, and demonstrable ability to manage cross-functional HR teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Masters degree or HR Certification (CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) preferred.
