Hiring: HR Supervisor - Based in Khobar Key Responsibilities: 1-Saudization & Compliance: Lead Saudization initiatives and ensure full adherence to Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat, and government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem. 2-Performance & Culture: Implement robust performance appraisal systems and foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and conflict resolution. 3-Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement service excellence programs to maintain global hospitality standards. 4-Operational Oversight: Manage payroll coordination, staff accommodation, and visa/work permit lifecycles for a diverse, multicultural team.
