Senior Construction Leadership Roles (Project Manager, Head of Construction, Construction Managers)

We are seeking highly experienced professionals for a major Oil & Gas construction project in Qatar. 1. Project Manager • Minimum 20 years of total experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial construction projects • At least 10 years of project experience within RLIC – Ras Laffan Industrial City • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client requirements • Strong knowledge of RLIC procedures, permit systems, safety standards, and project execution requirements 2. Head of Construction • Minimum 15 years of total construction experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial projects • At least 6 years of direct experience within RLIC • Strong experience leading construction activities across multiple disciplines • Proven ability to manage construction teams, subcontractors, productivity, quality, safety, schedules, and site coordination 3. Construction Managers • Minimum 15 years of total construction experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial projects • At least 6 years of experience within RLIC • Strong experience in site execution, manpower planning, subcontractor management, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and coordination with engineering and project teams • Experience in Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Steel Structure, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines will be considered Joining: Immediate or short-notice candidates are preferred Relevant Engineering degree or technical qualification is required. Candidates without the required RLIC experience may not be considered.
