Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Stafford Lawrence is currently seeking an MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong MEP and Post-Contract experience to join a world-class global construction consultancy in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Key Requirements (Strict Criteria): - Chartered Status: Must hold MRICS (Quantity Surveying route) — Non-negotiable. - Language: Native/Fluent Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking). - Experience: 12–15+ years of post-degree experience, exclusively with Construction Cost Consultancies (Associate Director / Director experience strongly preferred). - Project Expertise: Strong background in MEP for building developments (Commercial, Hotels, Mixed-Use, Residential) with solid Post-Contract delivery. - Access: Must be eligible to enter the designated area of Makkah. - Non-Poaching Compliance: Candidates currently working for client-aligned consultancy firms within the immediate region cannot be considered due to existing non-poaching agreements.
