Group HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR functions across multiple business units within a diversified business group. Location: Qatar. Experience: 10–15+ Years. Industry: FMCG – Mandatory. Multi-company / Holding Group Experience: Preferred. Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience; Strong FMCG experience – mandatory; Multi-company / holding group experience preferred; Strong experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, Compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations; Strong HRIS and HR analytics exposure, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems; Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law; Fluent Arabic – speaking and writing mandatory; Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
