Operations & Supply Chain Manager - Egypt LOCATION: Cairo, Egypt COMPANY: Chic Homz – Furniture & Home Furnishings ABOUT THE COMPANY Chic Homz is a rapidly growing Egyptian furniture and home furnishing company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence, efficient supply chain management, and premium service standards. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly experienced Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end operations cycle, ensuring seamless coordination from supplier management to customer delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead the complete operational cycle, including Procurement, Supplier Management, Warehousing, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Delivery Operations. · Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time fulfillment. · Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction. · Oversee inventory accuracy, stock availability, and warehouse efficiency. · Manage logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely and professional delivery. · Establish KPIs and operational dashboards to monitor performance across all functions. · Lead, coach, and develop warehouse, logistics, and operations teams. · Proactively identify operational risks and implement corrective actions. · Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Senior Management to achieve business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE · 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics Management. · Background in furniture, home furnishing, retail, manufacturing, or distribution is highly preferred. · Strong leadership and team management capabilities. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proven success in process improvement and cost optimization. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
