ICAD Company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Commercial and Contracts Senior Manager Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all commercial and contracts management functions across the project portfolio at senior management level Develop and implement commercial strategies, governance frameworks and contracts management policies Oversee claims, variations, dispute resolution and commercial negotiations with clients, contractors and vendors Manage and mentor the commercial and contracts team and drive consistent performance across the function Engage with executive leadership, legal teams and key stakeholders on commercial risk, strategy and performance
