Senior Commercial Manager

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Senior Commercial Manager – 15+ Years of Experience. Extensive experience in commercial management, contract administration, variations, claims, cost control, subcontract management, and final account settlement on major construction projects is required. Preferred Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in major construction, fit-out. Strong knowledge of contracts, commercial procedures, claims, and cost management. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is preferred. Immediate availability or a short notice period will be an advantage.
