Head of Procurement

We're Hiring | Head of Procurement | QATAR Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Procurement to lead procurement activities for a major Oil & Gas project. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead and oversee all procurement activities to ensure project objectives are met within budget, schedule, and quality requirements ✔ Manage EPC contractor procurement performance and vendor relationships ✔ Oversee materials management, procurement planning, and contractor compliance ✔ Support strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and procurement governance ✔ Engage with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution Requirements: ✅ Strong Oil & Gas industry experience ✅ Proven EPC project experience ✅ Background in procurement, supply chain, contracts, or commercial management ✅ Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and global suppliers ✅ Offshore LNG project experience is highly preferred ✅ Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
