Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. Key Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 10 years of proven experience in the UAE. • Strong background in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. • Proven leadership experience in managing and leading planning teams. • Excellent command of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting. • Advanced proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6. • Strong expertise in baseline programs, recovery schedules, claims support, and delay analysis. • Excellent coordination and communication skills with project teams, consultants, and clients. • Previous experience in Aldar projects is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the planning function across multiple projects. • Develop, review, and approve baseline and master project schedules. • Monitor overall project progress and proactively identify risks and delays. • Prepare and review weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management. • Support Project Managers and executive management in strategic planning and decision-making. • Ensure full compliance with contractual schedules and client requirements.
