HR Specialist

Pan Arabia Medical Company (PAMEDCO) is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities: • Manage payroll and employee medical insurance. • Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. • Coordinate learning and development programs. • Support talent management and employee engagement initiatives. • Contribute to HR operations and process improvements. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience. • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Excel and HR systems. • Good command of English. • Saudi nationality.
