Senior Building Envelope (Curtain Wall) Specialist

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Senior Building Envelope (Curtain Wall) Specialist Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Review and advise on building envelope design including curtain wall, cladding and glazing systems - Evaluate envelope performance in terms of thermal, acoustic, water and air infiltration requirements - Review contractor shop drawings, specifications and mock-up test results for building envelope systems - Coordinate with architectural and structural teams on interface details and fixing requirements - Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications and international standards Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience - Previous experience on major building or urban development projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
