Procurement Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Procurement team and support operational excellence across EPC, Oil & Gas, and Construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), contracts, and supporting documents - Coordinate supplier payments and collaborate with Finance teams to ensure timely processing - Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing variations, and documentation issues - Maintain accurate procurement, vendor, and invoice records within SAP/ERP systems - Prepare procurement, payment, and material status reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel - Manage vendor master data and ensure proper procurement documentation control - Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams - Support supplier performance monitoring, contract administration, and procurement compliance initiatives Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline - 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably within EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction projects - Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics - Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, invoice verification, and finance coordination - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting - Excellent communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment Why Join Us: - Be part of a professional procurement team supporting major industrial projects - Work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development - Contribute to improving procurement efficiency and operational excellence
