Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Economic Feasibility Studies Expert Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive economic and financial feasibility studies for urban development and infrastructure projects - Develop financial models, cost-benefit analyses and investment return assessments - Assess market conditions, demand forecasting and economic viability of proposed developments - Prepare feasibility reports and present findings and recommendations to client decision-makers - Support project justification, funding strategies and business case development Requirements: - Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience - CFA or equivalent certification is an added advantage - Previous experience on government, real estate or infrastructure projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
