QC Manager (Cement)

The QC Manager oversees all quality functions at the plant, ensuring raw materials, production phases, and finished goods meet strict standards. This role drives continuous improvement, manages laboratory operations, and ensures full compliance with quality and HSE protocols. Key Responsibilities: * Lead QC & Lab Operations: Manage daily workflows for the laboratory and inspection teams. * Product Oversight: Monitor and approve quality for raw materials, active production, and finished products. * Troubleshooting & CAPA: Investigate quality failures or deviations and implement corrective actions. * Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Procurement to resolve quality issues quickly. * Audit Readiness: Host internal/external quality audits and maintain complete compliance records. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering. Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing QC experience (adhesive cement or construction materials strongly preferred). Leadership: Proven experience managing or supervising a laboratory/QC team. Skills: Strong knowledge of QMS, laboratory testing, and technical problem-solving.
