HSE Engineer

KEO is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to join our team and support a government-sector client in Doha. This role will focus on HSE inspections, contractor compliance, audits, non-conformance closure, HSE reporting, KPI monitoring and permit management across Framework Contractor activities. Required qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant HSE experience - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline - NEBOSH, OSHA or equivalent certification - Strong knowledge of QCS 2014, HSE regulations and ISO management systems - Experience in contractor HSE management and audits - Arabic & English proficiency preferred
