Internal Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Requirements: - 5–7 years of experience in Internal Audit - CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification is mandatory - Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) - Experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management is highly desirable - Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, governance, and audit methodologies - Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with approved audit plans and professional standards - Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes - Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and recommend practical improvements - Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans - Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely implementation of agreed corrective actions - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices - Collaborate with business stakeholders to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency Benefits: - Health Insurance - Accommodation Provided Contract: 1-Year Renewable (Full-Time)
