We are currently supporting a confidential search on behalf of one of Saudi Arabia's leading privately owned investment groups with a well-established real estate development and investment portfolio. Our client has a long-standing presence in the Kingdom, delivering commercial, mixed-use, retail, and build-to-suit developments, while managing a diverse portfolio of income-generating real estate assets. With continued growth and expansion, they are looking to appoint two senior leaders to join their executive team. Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Facilities Management We are seeking an experienced executive to lead the Facilities Management business, overseeing Hard FM, Soft FM, technical services, property operations, service delivery, operational excellence, and portfolio performance. Candidates from leading FM providers, integrated facilities management businesses, major real estate developers, and asset owners are encouraged to apply.
