HSE Manager

Job Opportunity at ICAD Company. HSE Manager position in Jeddah/Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and local HSE regulations. - Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. - Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Monitor HSE performance and prepare periodic reports. - Coordinate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture. - Ensure emergency preparedness plans are implemented and regularly tested. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of HSE experience within construction or infrastructure projects. - Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and international standards. - NEBOSH IGC is required. - Professional certifications such as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
