Sourcevise is building the future of strategic procurement: AI-augmented sourcing

Tasks

Your mission

The team carries a running list of things around in their heads: too important to ignore, too undefined to just hand off to someone. As Founders Associate, that list becomes your job. You'll work closely with the team on whatever is shaping Sourcevise's future right now, with real ownership from day one and a view into the company that almost nobody else gets.

The role is deliberately broad: you'll move between big-picture company building and hands-on go-to-market work, depending on where we need you most.

Your responsibilities

• Drive company-wide initiatives: you take on the most important topics directly with the leadership. Whatever stands between Sourcevise and its next stage of growth this quarter, you're the one who drives it to done.
• Build new things from zero: you develop new product ideas, growth levers, and concepts that could become standalone parts of Sourcevise down the line.
• Size up and enter new markets: you figure out whether a new market, industry, or segment is worth pursuing, build a solid business case, and turn it into a concrete plan for getting in.
• Turn growth ideas into plans: you identify our next growth opportunities, whether that's new offerings or new sales approaches, and turn them into plans that actually get executed.
• Support leadership directly: you prepare conversations with our most important customers and own the analysis behind them.

What you bring

• You're sharp, driven, and want to build something, pace and visible results are what give you energy.
• You can think big picture, but you still want to do the actual work yourself.
• Full ownership: if nobody tells you how to do it, you figure it out yourself instead of waiting for someone to give you the green light.
• You've built something from zero before, a project, an initiative, or a venture of your own.
• Fluent German and good English.
