Senior Manager – Project Marketing

We're looking for a Senior Manager – Project Marketing to lead integrated marketing campaigns and successful project launches for premium residential developments in Dubai. Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 per month Experience: 10+ Years Industry: Real Estate Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and mixed-use developments. ✅ Lead end-to-end project launch campaigns across digital and offline channels. ✅ Manage CRM, PR, Events, Media Planning, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation. ✅ Collaborate with Sales, Product, Digital, Creative, and Brand teams. ✅ Manage agency partners, campaign budgets, and marketing performance. ✅ Optimize campaigns using customer insights and analytics. Ideal Candidate: ✔️ 10+ years of marketing experience. ✔️ 3–5 years of UAE real estate marketing experience. ✔️ Proven success managing residential project launches. ✔️ Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, media planning, and campaign optimization. ✔️ Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
