As 1P continues to scale across multiple countries, we are looking for a Manager, Strategy &amp; Operations to help drive sustainable topline growth and bottomline performance.</p> <p>This role works closely with the Head of Wolt Mart / HOP&nbsp; and Regional General Managers (RGMs) to define strategic priorities, drive key growth initiatives, and ensure delivery of financial and operational targets. The person will act as a key partner to Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and other global functional teams, ensuring alignment between strategy, planning, and execution.</p> <p>The role combines strategic thinking with strong execution ownership, requiring exceptional analytical skills, structured problem solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across 30+ markets.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>1.
