MEP QC Inspector

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a client in Oman for the following position: Position: MEP QC Inspector Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality inspections of MEP installations in line with approved ITP and project specifications - Verify that MEP materials and equipment comply with approved submittals and project quality requirements - Document inspection findings, raise non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions - Witness and record MEP testing activities including pressure testing, loop testing and functional testing - Coordinate with site engineers and MEP subcontractors to ensure quality compliance at all project stages Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience - Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector - Strong knowledge of and experience working with international codes and standards
