Interior Designer

Ashley Frazer is recruiting on behalf of a leading Project Management Consultancy in Dubai for the following position: Position: Interior Designer Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 10+ years Key Responsibilities: - Lead interior design activities across high-end residential development projects including concept, schematic, design development and construction documentation stages - Develop and manage interior design packages, material palettes, furniture specifications and FF&E schedules - Coordinate with architectural, MEP and construction teams on interior design integration and interface management - Review and approve interior design shop drawings, material submittals and mock-ups for compliance with design intent - Prepare interior design documentation and technical reports for PMC and client review Requirements: - 10+ years of relevant interior design experience - Previous PMC experience is mandatory - High-end residential project experience in UAE is beneficial Note: Please mention the position in the subject line of your email when applying.
