Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale arts and cultural festival project in Dubai. Requirements: * 5–7+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO / Program Coordination * Strong experience in large-scale events, festivals or complex multi-stakeholder projects * Proven expertise in master scheduling, milestone tracking and project delivery * Strong experience in risk and issue management and change control * Experience managing vendor/partner compliance, contracts, insurance, permits and licenses * Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills * Experience preparing client-ready reports and senior management updates * UAE experience with government or semi-government entities is essential * Good understanding of UAE permits, contractor/vendor compliance and regulatory requirements * Experience working across multiple project workstreams and teams * Ability to manage high-pressure environments during Build and Live/Event phases * Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills Qualification: * Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management or related field * PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage * Immediate joiners only Duration: 6 months | Extendable Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
