Chief Technical Officer (Insurance)

A Government or Semi-Government organization in Riyadh is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Chief Technical Officer - Insurance, Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic technical leadership across insurance operations including underwriting, actuarial, product development and risk management. Develop and implement technical insurance strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. Lead technical teams and drive innovation, digital transformation and operational excellence across insurance functions. Engage with senior leadership, regulators and key stakeholders on technical insurance strategy and performance. Oversee compliance with SAMA insurance regulations and applicable international insurance standards.
