Accountant & Finance Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in Dubai, UAE for the following positions: Accountant and Finance Specialist. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Male candidates preferred - Arabic speakers preferred - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience Finance Specialist – Key Responsibilities: - Review and audit Value Added Tax (VAT) requests - Audit requests for modification or cancellation of bank guarantees - Review requests for project profit withdrawals - Ensure banking institutions and external audit firms comply with approved laws and regulations - Review and analyze project financial reports Accountant – Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements and accounting records - Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) - Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations - Prepare journal entries and month-end/year-end closing activities - Prepare VAT calculations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations - Support internal and external audits - Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
