Lean Six Sigma Specialist (Black Belt)

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Lean Six Sigma Specialist (Black Belt) Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies across project and organizational workflows - Define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) project delivery and operational processes - Facilitate Lean Six Sigma workshops and mentor Green Belt practitioners within the organization - Identify waste, inefficiencies and variation in project delivery processes and develop targeted solutions - Report improvement outcomes and track realized benefits against defined performance targets Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory - Previous experience on government, PMO or infrastructure projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
