Salary: AUD 67,000 – 70,000 per year

Global Payments is seeking a customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join its team and provide exceptional support to clients across Australia. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Investigate, resolve, and document customer and merchant issues using CRM and case management systems - Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service - Manage refunds, direct debit setups, amendments, and client account updates - Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies - Contribute to continuous service improvement by providing feedback and updating documentation - Support administrative tasks and compliance requirements in a remote work environment Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Support, Customer Service, or a similar role - Experience using CRM or case management systems - Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams - Experience in payments, financial services, or compliance-driven environments is an advantage - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Benefits: - Fully remote work arrangement - Competitive annual salary - Opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company - Inclusive and collaborative work culture - Career growth within a global payments technology leader
