Deputy Operations Manager

A company in Kuwait City is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Deputy Operations Manager Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait Key Responsibilities: - Support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day F&B operations across assigned outlets - Monitor operational performance, service standards and team productivity and implement corrective actions as required - Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures, training programs and quality improvement initiatives - Manage outlet teams in the absence of the Operations Manager and ensure continuity of service and operational standards - Coordinate with kitchen, front-of-house and support teams to ensure seamless F&B operations and customer satisfaction Requirements: - Relevant experience in the F&B industry is mandatory
