Animal Production Specialist – Organic Goat Farm

We're Hiring: Animal Production Specialist – Organic Goat Farm. Are you passionate about livestock production and sustainable farming? Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and monitor herd records (health, breeding, production, performance) - Implement and oversee feeding programs based on production stages - Track key performance indicators (growth, milk production, body condition) - Coordinate with veterinarians on herd health programs and disease prevention - Analyze production data and prepare operational reports - Manage inventory and procurement using ERP systems (Oracle preferred) - Ensure compliance with organic farming standards, biosecurity, and animal welfare - Supervise and support farm workers to ensure efficient operations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Animal Production, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field - 3–5 years of experience in livestock production (goat farming preferred) - Strong knowledge of herd management, nutrition, and organic farming standards - Experience with ERP systems (Oracle is an advantage) - Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills What We're Looking For: - A hands-on and proactive professional - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
