Senior Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. If you have a strong background in steel fabrication, structural steel, or industrial projects and a passion for developing business opportunities and managing client relationships, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Prepare technical and commercial proposals. - Review project drawings, specifications, and conduct site visits when required. - Coordinate with estimating, design, manufacturing, finance, and installation teams. - Manage projects from inquiry through contract award, fabrication, installation, and handover. - Negotiate contracts and ensure successful project execution. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. - 7–10 years of sales experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or industrial projects. - Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English and Arabic. - Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
